Job Title: Product Manager – Integration Services Platform (Digital Customer Experience)
Location: Hybrid – Candidates must be local to Acton, MA or San Diego, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Job Summary
Client is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the Integration Services Platform within its Digital Customer Experience (DCX) organization. This role focuses on defining product strategy, owning the roadmap and backlog, and partnering with engineering teams to build a scalable, self-service API platform using MuleSoft and modern integration technologies. This is a Product Management role focused on delivering business outcomes—not project management.

Job Summary
Client is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the Integration Services Platform within its Digital Customer Experience (DCX) organization. This role focuses on defining product strategy, owning the roadmap and backlog, and partnering with engineering teams to build a scalable, self-service API platform using MuleSoft and modern integration technologies. This is a Product Management role focused on delivering business outcomes—not project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Integration Services Platform.
- Prioritize features and incoming requests based on business value.
- Partner with engineering teams on roadmap planning, PI planning, capacity planning, and release management.
- Write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive product discovery through stakeholder engagement and data analysis.
- Lead the transition toward a self-service API platform built on MuleSoft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience managing technical platform, API, or integration products.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API design, and enterprise integration platforms.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft (preferred), Apigee, AWS API Gateway, or Azure API Management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe (PI Planning, backlog management).
- Strong stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with developer platforms, AI agents, and internal platform products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
