Job Description
Data Analyst, Client Data Services
- In this role, you will work with a highly collaborative team of data analysts, product/program managers, and a cross-functional team of software engineers, data engineers, and data scientists to optimize growth and strategy for client data services.
- The CDS team works closely with the Small Businesses, Monetization and Government & Social Impact team to perform analysis into representation and data quality improvement of Client’s assets on Client’s platforms.
- You will view a direct correlation between your work, company growth, and customer support data insights. Beyond this, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and solve some of the most interesting data challenges with efficiency and integrity.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with SQL, ETL, data modeling, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, C#, Scala, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience querying non relational databases using SQL or Python.
- 5+ years of experience working in an analytical capacity developing insights, defining metrics, and making recommendations.
- Presentation and communications experience with extracting insights from technical data sets to varied audiences.
- Experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers and data scientists to understand data needs, representing key data insights in a meaningful way.
- Build data expertise and leverage data controls to ensure privacy, security, compliance, data quality, and operations for allocated areas of ownership.
Must-Have Skills
- Data analysis and insights experience with strong SQL and Python proficiency
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Data pipeline development and management, including ETL and data modeling
Nice-to-have Skills
- AI tooling experience and familiarity with leveraging AI to enhance productivity
- Experience working with LLM models to generate insights
- Experience with CRM data systems or data graph structures
Years of overall experience required? 5+ years

- Completion of assigned tasks within expected timelines and quality standards.
