Role Overview
This entry-level Project Coordinator role supports over 100 IT revenue cycle initiatives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. The position focuses on coordinating pre-initiative activities, tracking progress, and ensuring all requirements are in place for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track intake and pre-initiative activities using Google tools
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and finalize business requirements
• Ensure initiative readiness (resource capacity, funding, approvals)
• Create and maintain tracking sheets, templates, and documentation
• Generate monthly status reports and update monthly roadmaps using ServiceNow data and Google Slides
• Lead meetings and support ongoing coordination efforts
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to maintain momentum

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Preferred (not required):

• Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Google Workspace
