Job Title: Phlebotomist II
Location: USA - KS - Salina - 415 East Prescott Avenue
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 3 months(Potential for Conversion)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II to join a patient service center in Salina, KS. This role will support specimen collection and patient care activities while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service. The selected candidate may work independently at the site and should be comfortable serving patients across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Collect blood specimens from pediatric through geriatric patients.
• Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling and documentation of specimens.
• Process, prepare, and handle specimens according to established procedures.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.
• Provide professional and compassionate patient interaction during collection procedures.
• Update patient information and maintain accurate records.
• Support daily patient service center operations.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior phlebotomy experience required.
• Ability to perform blood draws across pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to work independently when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Patient Service Center (PSC), clinic, laboratory, or healthcare environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
