Key Responsibilities
  • Agile & Delivery Leadership
  • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more squads; facilitate all ceremonies (Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments, protect teams from external distractions, and foster a high-trust, high-velocity delivery culture.

  • Monitor and track team performance using method-specific metrics (e.g., Agile velocity/burndown).
Standards, Controls & Readiness
  • Adhere to client’s Agile Standards and Practices, and apply PMLC & SDLC to perform selected project management activities in tandem with Scrum delivery.
  • Ensure all activities and deliverables are coordinated and ready for production release per Mandatory Operational Readiness (MOR) requirements (as needed).
  • Identify emerging issues and delivery risks; manage issues, change requests, and status reporting using Clarity project logs (where applicable).
Backlog, Tooling & Governance
  • Manage Jira as the system of record (SOR) for backlog management, sprint planning, dependency tracking, and delivery progress; maintain high-quality, transparent boards and dashboards.
  • Gather estimates and maintain financials in Clarity; ensure portfolio reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Support vendor engagements and coordinate extended teams across UX, QA, DevOps, Security, Architecture.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching
  • Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and definition of done; align outcomes to Client GAM business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to all levels of management to communicate status, insights, and decisions.
  • Challenge the status quo thoughtfully; influence behaviors independent of hierarchy to accelerate adoption of modern ways of working.
  • Identify opportunities to run working sessions/workshops leveraging Agile practice tools/techniques; design and deliver training to broaden Agile adoption.

Success Measures (First 90–180 Days)
  • Agile Delivery Health: Measurable uplift in velocity, predictability, and quality (reduced spillover, improved throughput).
  • Governance Compliance: Zero MOR gaps; timely, accurate Clarity financials and status reporting.
  • Backlog Hygiene: Clearly prioritized, well-groomed backlog with robust definitions of ready/done and transparent dependencies working with Product Owner to ensure efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Confidence: Positive feedback from PO, product leads, developers and leadership; improved cross-team coordination.
  • Release Cadence: Sustainable, continuous release plan established and adhered to.

What You’ll Work On
  • Enhancements in Contentful and related applications powering Client GAM’s digital client and advisor experiences on the public website.
  • Delivery initiatives spanning web content, personalization, analytics, API integrations, and digital operations.
  • Process improvements to accelerate value delivery while maintaining regulatory and operational rigor.

  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of global asset management workflows (fund launches, distribution, digital client experiences), data governance, and regulatory considerations.
