Title: Sales Recruiter
Duration: 6 months
Location: Toronto, ON
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Sales Recruiters to support a high-growth Sales organization. This is a high-volume, exceptionally fast-paced environment that requires a talent partner who thrives in ambiguity and can successfully manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance. Recruiters may work in a full-cycle or split recruiting model while helping scale the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.

Required Qualifications
Experience
- 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or corporate)
- Proven success recruiting within a fast-paced Sales or GTM environment
- Experience managing high-volume hiring demands
Sourcing & Recruiting Expertise
- Strong track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates
- Experience targeting talent from direct competitors
- Advanced sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
Market Knowledge
- Understanding of technology and SaaS industries
- Ability to effectively communicate the Agentic Enterprise value proposition to candidates
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable conducting cold calls and engaging passive talent
- Ability to influence senior hiring managers and executives
Adaptability & Execution
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities
- Proven success in highly fluid, fast-paced corporate environments
- Strong execution skills with the ability to meet aggressive hiring deadlines
Tools & Technology
- Experience with:
- Workday ATS
- Slack
- GoodTime
- Google Workspace
- Preferred but not mandatory
Work Arrangement
- Must be able to work from the office at least 3 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting sales teams within a rapidly growing technology or SaaS company
- Background with fast-paced technology organizations is highly preferred
