Role Mandate
This is a dual Business Systems Analyst and Delivery Lead role within a large Wealth Transformation program.

• As a Business Analyst, the resource will be responsible for gathering business requirements and conducting data mapping of feeds to downstream Finance and Treasury systems.
• As a Delivery Lead, the resource will be responsible for creating the project schedule, estimation, and managing delivery of those integrations.

Role Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):

• Perform analysis on business and technical requirements provided.
• Facilitate sessions to gather requirements and create user stories.
• Document confirmed requirements and work with the Product Owner on user stories.
• Provide clarifications and support to the project team during design, development, and testing phases.
• Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to effectively perform BA tasks across project phases.
• Elicit requirements and analyze feasibility to ensure solutions achieve expected business outcomes.
• Support project teams across the lifecycle to ensure development aligns with business requirements.
• Develop clear, coherent, and usable project documents/artifacts covering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Apply domain and functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive expected business value.
• Break down strategic problems and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Act as SME and provide support during testing and post-production validation.
• Provide specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support.
• Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
• Work independently and handle non-routine situations.
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead in Wealth Management or Finance Systems (e.g., GL conversions).
• Ability to work with technology stakeholders (Solution Architects, Developers, QA) and business stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and data mapping activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project for maintaining project schedules and managing monthly forecasting.
• Experience in leading teams and ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Experience working with QA on root cause analysis, triaging, and testing metrics.
• Experience working on large transformation programs and conversion projects.
• Strong SDLC experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous Data Analyst experience.
