• Title: Business Analyst III (Corporate Event Planner)

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support corporate event planning initiatives
• Assist in organising and coordinating employee events
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute successful events
• Manage event logistics, timelines, and administrative activities
• Maintain event-related documentation and tracking tools
• Participating in meetings - Approximately 4 hours per week
• Internal stakeholders' communication only
• No customer data access required

 
Must-Have Qualifications

1. 5–7 years of experience in corporate event planning, organizing corporate events, multitasking, organizational and prioritization, great communication skills, third- party event planning experience.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including: Excel, Word, Outlook
3. Advanced Excel skills, including working with spreadsheets and organizing data.

 
Soft Skills

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.

 
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

1. CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification.
2. Experience with AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot.

 
Disqualifiers
Candidates may not be considered if they have:

1. A history of frequent job changes.
2. Multiple short-term contract assignments.
3. Primary experience as a wedding planner.
