Job Title: Change Management Manager – Global Supply Chain Transformation
Location: Remote
Duration: 11+ Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)

Position Overview:
  • The Change Management Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing the change management strategy, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans that support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives across client’s Global Supply Chain organization.
  • The individual will be responsible for coordinating and delivering change programs for multiple concurrent projects within a complex, global environment. These projects may involve system implementations, process redesigns, capability building, and organizational shifts.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of change frameworks, and experience working in large, matrixed global organizations—particularly in supply chain or operations settings.
 
Objectives:
  • Develop a robust change management playbook and governance model for use across the organization and transformation projects.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the global supply chain organization.
  • Lead the design and rollout of communication and engagement plans for prioritized transformation initiatives.
  • Implement measurable adoption metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor change progress.
  • Embed sustainable change capability across the organization through coaching, training, and support.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Strategy & Planning
  • Design, develop, and execute enterprise-level change management strategies aligned with transformation objectives.
  • Develop integrated change plans that address communications, training, stakeholder management, resistance mitigation, and adoption measurement.
  • Lead readiness assessments and change impact analyses across functions and geographies.
  • Build scalable change management toolkits and frameworks tailored to project complexity.
Project Implementation Support
  • Drive execution of change plans for multiple transformation projects simultaneously.
  • Embed change management activities within project management and implementation plans.
  • Work closely with project managers, workstream leads, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment on change approach.
  • Monitor adoption risks and proactively resolve change barriers to ensure timely and sustainable transformation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
  • Identify key stakeholder groups across business units and regions; define targeted engagement strategies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling communications tailored to various stakeholder levels and cultures.
  • Facilitate workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions to gather input and foster alignment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and sponsors on change readiness and communication strategies.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Define success metrics and mechanisms to measure adoption, engagement, and impact.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and pulse surveys to track organizational change progress.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to optimize change efforts and iterate communication plans as needed.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
  • Strong track record working on multiple large-scale initiatives in a matrixed corporate environment.
  • Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated success creating multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or global operations environments.
  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotech sectors.

  • Coordinate the needs of multiple projects with change management needs.
  • Help with the change management & communication strategic plan development, buy-in & execution.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience
OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
OR
  • Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
OR
  • High school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
