Job Title: Lab Support Technician Senior
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA 91320
Duration: 06 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Job Description:
Shift is typically 8am-4:30pm.
This engaging and fast paced role is lab-based on site (M-F).

Day to Day Responsibilities:
As a Lab Ops Associate you will foster dynamic relationships with scientists to better serve their needs and build relationships with strategic partners to continuously improve and optimize laboratory functions.
Lab Ops Associate will own several developmental labs and will be responsible for oversight of instrumentation, lab space functions, and other tasks related to keeping the laboratory spaces safe and organized to support AS staff.
May assist with special projects as assigned. Follows all applicable SOPs and procedures.

Ideal Candidate: Communication cannot be afraid to communicate. Comfortable lead meetings. Green candidates are welcome but do need to meet the basic qualifications for client.
Highly desired skills but not required: Science background, Housekeeping and Lab Maintenance (GLP),5S Knowledge, Monthly System Cleanings for HPLCs, Chemical Handling, Inventory Management.

Skills: ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
