Job  Description

• The Instrumentation and Control Technician performs the maintenance and repairs of the power plant's electrical system and performs the instrumentation and automation.   
• Participate in PLC programming for the use of equipment.
• Participate in the preventive and curative maintenance of electrical systems.
• Perform routine inspections of instruments and respond to emergencies
• Update, modify and test various operation sequences (programming) and graphic pages 
• Calibrate measuring instruments such as voltmeters, recorders, manometers, relays,  thermostats and other delicate electrical devices
• Install and calibrate new instruments and recommend certain specifications for these 
• instruments.
• Use advanced schedule, tracking, trend and history software to manage all instruments, controllers, converters and other measuring devices.  
• Troubleshoot and repair existing problems utilizing electrical tools.

Position is offered by a no fee agency.
