Job Description

Title: HR Coordinator (Separations/Leave of Absence)
Location: Heights Union East, Tampa, Florida, United States, 33602
Duration: 6 Months (Potential to extend based on performance)
Work Schedule: In the office 2.5 days per week, average
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (In office 2-3 days/week: Every Tuesday & Thursday, plus 1 floating day every other week)
Education: BA is a requirement

Position Summary:
• The HR Coordinator is responsible and accountable for ensuring the delivery of HR services in the separation or LOA space, and other duties as assigned.
• The HR Coordinator will work in close partnership within the enterprise shared services model working within Colleague Services in an HR capacity, handling of all transactional systems and processes. Colleague Services is the back-office function of the shared services model.
• This includes reviewing and processing employee leaves and/or the timely and accurate processing of off-boarding activities for colleagues.
• In this role, the HR Coordinator will be part of a team that ensures HR processes and programs are implemented in a consistent manner across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• System Experience: Workday, ADP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
• Experience with HR Policy administration through case management systems
• Experience with special technical projects inside HR systems
• Handle review and processing of employee leaves and/or the timely and accurate processing of all transactions related to termination events
• Ensure data integrity for all HR systems and databases within the required Compliance framework
• Synthesize various reports using MS Excel or similar
• Provide administrative support as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, etc.)
• Support successful colleague off-boarding
• Comply with data privacy regulations
• 1-3 years working experience in a large enterprise supporting 10k+ employees in a shared services environment

Hard Skills:
• Experience in managing highly confidential sensitive data and record retention
• Attention to detail (red lining docs, auditing)
• Back Office HR Case Management

Soft Skills:
• Time management/SLA's
• Risk Identification
• Compliance/audit and process optimization skills preferred
• Team Player/Collaboration
• Data Analytics within HR systems
