Position Title: Administrative Services Analyst
Work Location: St. Louis, MO, 63121
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
Assignment Duration: 3 Months (Potential extension up to 1 additional month based on business needs)
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Services Analyst to support a short-term project focused on reviewing and organizing employment documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, computer savvy, and able to accurately manage confidential records in a fast-paced environment.
The primary responsibility will be auditing I-9 forms and employment eligibility documents, reviewing tax-related documents, and uploading, tagging, and organizing files within Workday while ensuring compliance with established processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit I-9 forms and employment eligibility documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Review, download, organize, and tag employee and tax-related documents.
- Create and maintain file locations for downloaded documentation in Workday.
- Perform accurate data entry and document management.
- Support administrative projects while maintaining confidentiality.
- Follow established procedures and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in an administrative, HR, or document management role.
- HR experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience reviewing I-9 and employment eligibility documentation is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Experience using Workday is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
