Job Title: Project/Program Manager Duartion: 11 Months Location: Sparks, NV M- F 7-4 or 8-4 Travel: Up to 15% travel time, west coast travel (PHX< DFW)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
Data center
Mix of electrical and mechanical engineers, commissioning of the data centers, review design docs and walk down equipment, make sure operating correctly and provide feedback if anything needs fixed or updated.
Data center environment, cross functional collaboration
Extra hands to support data center projects.
Reviewing design docs and test scripts,
Independent role with own team, work with partner teams at the site to complete tasks, sub contractors, vendors
Candidate Requirements (Top 3 ranked in importance) 1. Mechanical or electrical engineering 2. PM 3. controls background
Microsoft suite experience 1. commission experience 2. data center experience. 3. construction MEP experience
Requirements: 5-6 years of experience total in electrical, mechanical, project management or data center commissions Minimum of HSD if have experience. Bachelors preferred if newer to field or at minimum years of experience Mechanical or electrical engineering background with PM, controls and commissioning experience.
