Job Title: Operations Clerk-I
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote - US
Available Schedules:
for EST hours – Monday to Friday
for PST hours (11 AM onwards) – Monday to Friday
for CST hours – Saturday to Wednesday

• Preferred Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 40 hours/week
• Weekend availability is 100% required
• Not looking for candidates with call center background

Responsibilities:

• Support hourly and daily quality management for the Meal Manager program
• Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Master and utilize internal tools
• Interact regularly with customers, merchants, and Dashers
• Detect fulfillment challenges before they become widespread
• Support Emerging Categories operations
• Contribute to launching and testing new pilot initiatives
• Help build and improve the business operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
• Experience in last-mile logistics or delivery customer service
• Examples: FedEx, UPS, high-visibility package delivery roles

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Slack
