Job Description

Job Title: Program Manager III
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 8+ Months
 
This role supports two key areas: HRPex Product Operational Support and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management and operational experience, demonstrate the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. This role requires a highly organized and execution-focused individual who can quickly ramp up and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 
Key Responsibilities:
HRPex Product Operational Support
  • Conduct deep dives into product operational issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting and triage for product-related operational gaps.
  • Execute operational tasks supporting the HRPex product suite, including data clean-up, documentation, and issue tracking.
  • Collaborate with product, technical, and operations teams to maintain continuity of product support during transitions.
  • Analyze case management issues and perform impact analysis to recommend solutions.
 
Business Operations Support:
  • Manage and coordinate the monthly Gemba program, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare and distribute Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and line-of-business updates for leadership.
  • Support planning and execution of HRP roadshows, including coordination of content and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage ticketing workflows and operational processes, including setup and cleanup of ITDS ticket groups.
  • Support ongoing operational rhythms such as team meetings, action tracking, and program updates.
  • Act as an operational partner across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives.
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5–6 years of experience in program management, product management, or business operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level materials.
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and solving ambiguous problems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting HR, PXT, or people-focused product/operations teams.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or case management tools (e.g., SIM, ITDS, ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Experience facilitating business reviews, roadshows, or leadership forums.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
