Job Overview:
A fast-paced technology team is seeking a highly skilled Front-End Web Developer with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience. This role is focused on building visually compelling and technically sound microsites using AEM, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional teams, has a sharp design eye, and is fluent in turning creative mockups into responsive, production-ready websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create mockups and HTML prototypes using design tools for new features.

• Build both static and dynamic pages from mockups and specifications.

• Develop and maintain CSS styles and frameworks.

• Translate user experience requirements into front-end components.

• Implement front-end behaviors using JavaScript and Dynamic HTML.

• Perform thorough cross-browser and platform testing.

• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, back-end engineers, and researchers.

• Develop functional prototypes for usability testing and iterative design.

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of front-end web development experience.

• 4+ years of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience.

• Deep understanding of browser rendering and cross-browser issues.

• Advanced hand-coding skills in HTML/XHTML and CSS.

• Experience creating accessible, responsive user interfaces.

• Working knowledge of JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Linux environments.

Preferred Tools & Skills:

• Proficiency with major design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Fireworks).

• Experience in semantic coding.

• Diagramming for user interface design.

• Ability to produce cross-platform, pixel-perfect code.

• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
