It’s not my expectation for the person to write strategy docs alone but should be able to develop it under guidance and direction.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity – this one is big as the manager has seen a number of people really struggle with our very innovative and ambiguous culture. Not entirely alone but this person should be able to contribute to shaping the strategy and implement / run it once direction is given
  • Leans in to culture – manager would like to find someone that involved in more than his/her day job. Something like being a BR/BRIT, someone who has volunteered, runs march madness pools, is on an affinity group board, etc.
  • Key LPs are Earns Trust and Ownership with a healthy balance of Bias for Action and Diving Deep (ad-hoc issues deep dive – strong data skillsets would be a huge plus).
