Job Title: Project Program Manager II

Job Description:
The Project Program Manager II will work closely with engineering and technology teams to track deliverables, release notes, and ensure smooth execution of legal tech initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage legal technology projects and drive cross-functional collaboration between legal, engineering, and technology teams.
  • Track deliverables, update release notes, and ensure smooth execution of legal tech initiatives.
  • Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive projects with minimal supervision.
  • Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights for legal operations.
  • Optimize legal workflows, compliance, and contract lifecycle processes using technology solutions.
  • Communicate project updates and align with stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3-4+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in legal technology or legal operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field. (Advanced degrees like JD, LLM, or MBA are preferred.)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data analysis & reporting experience (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Bias for Action – ability to take initiative and drive results.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with legal technology solutions (e-Discovery, Contract Lifecycle Management, Compliance platforms).
  • Experience working in a large, global legal organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to drive process optimization & continuous improvement in legal operations.
