Job Description:
The Project Program Manager II will work closely with engineering and technology teams to track deliverables, release notes, and ensure smooth execution of legal tech initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage legal technology projects and drive cross-functional collaboration between legal, engineering, and technology teams.
- Track deliverables, update release notes, and ensure smooth execution of legal tech initiatives.
- Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive projects with minimal supervision.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights for legal operations.
- Optimize legal workflows, compliance, and contract lifecycle processes using technology solutions.
- Communicate project updates and align with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in legal technology or legal operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field. (Advanced degrees like JD, LLM, or MBA are preferred.)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data analysis & reporting experience (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Bias for Action – ability to take initiative and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with legal technology solutions (e-Discovery, Contract Lifecycle Management, Compliance platforms).
- Experience working in a large, global legal organization.
- In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to drive process optimization & continuous improvement in legal operations.
