Title: Program Manager IV
Location: Remote (PST Preferred)
Duration: 12 Months

  • The RL organization includes Client's Quest and Ray Ban Client's, work products, augmented and virtual reality software and content, and research and development labs.
  • We plan to release multiple products and technologies over the next few years that will define new categories and advance Client s mission of bringing the world closer together.

Role Overview:

  • We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager who can work with our Software Experiences Product Marketing Team to market and support cutting edge products throughout their life cycle - specifically through the Go-To-Market (GTM) and In-Market process.
  • The ideal candidate has experience in managing highly complex programs, with multiple stakeholder organizations, and significant scale.
  • In particular, the ideal candidate has experience with managing programs in marketing, sales, or partnerships and demonstrated understanding of some or all of these functions. They are an organized self-starter who proactively identifies and solves problems.
  • This individual thrives in and enjoys a fast-paced, cross-functional, and action-oriented environment.
  • A successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the Software Go-to-market process across multiple functions (including Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product) in the consumer electronics industry.
  • They will exhibit strong organizational, analytical and management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects successfully and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead programs across GTM functions (marketing, product, communications, etc.) to support the launch and lifecycle of software features.

  • Define, implement, and optimize GTM and in-market processes, including feature rollout planning and execution.

  • Track stakeholder readiness, report on key milestones, manage risks, develop contingency plans, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Balance business needs with technical and operational constraints to resolve blocking issues between teams.

  • Build organizational maturity by establishing best practices and driving continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

  • Manage documentation, reporting cadences, and updates to senior leadership in partnership with Product Marketing.

  • Cultivate relationships across cross-functional teams to improve collaboration and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales Operations, Program Management, or Process Design related to product life cycles.

  • 5+ years of experience launching consumer products.

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Lifecycle Marketing.

  • Proven track record of project planning and cross-functional stakeholder management.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Sales.

  • Certification in Program Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2).

  • Experience in consumer electronics or software domains.

  • Experience in managing content partnerships with third-party partners.

  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation and process improvement.
