Job Description:
- Seeking a Visual Designer I to support the execution of creative campaigns for our global recruitment marketing initiatives.
- This role combines design fundamentals with technical skills to help deliver high-impact marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency across markets.
- Asset design and asset deliverables.
- Content for this role is NA and EU Japan APAC (asia pacific).
- Production role more than design- using assets.
- Using some creativity but utilizing already made templates/ designs to make graphics
- You are developing your expertise in production-focused design.
- You understand fundamental design principles and are eager to apply them in creating campaign assets.
- You're learning to balance creativity with efficiency, contributing to marketing initiatives that drive results.
- You are a collaborative team member who supports the execution and delivery of creative campaigns while growing your technical design capabilities.
- This role resides on the Creative Team within Workforce Staffing, Marketing.
Core responsibilities include:
- Design Execution: Create on-brand visual assets for marketing campaigns under senior guidance
- Template Usage: Apply established design systems and templates to campaign needs
- Innovation Support: Help research and explore new design approaches and trends
- Asset Management: Maintain organized files and follow documentation processes
- Creative Collaboration: Support creative team in campaign execution
- Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications and brand standards
- Process Adherence: Follow established workflows and production processes
- In-office 5 days a week. Office location in Seattle. Online portfolio of work is REQUIRED.
Basic Qualifications:
- Working more in still graphics requirement. Motion preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Any degree – marketing or advertising
- 2+ years of experience in brand design or related visual design role
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and systematic thinking
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). Main 2 systems.
- Understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles- rules of thirds.
- Art degrees would cover this in intro classes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bonus if bilingual (Hindi would be impressive, any 2nd language would help).
- Experience supporting brand design initiatives
- Understanding of design systems and scalable solutions
- Understanding of user experience principles
- Knowledge in motion and/or illustration
- Ability to follow complex brand guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Knowledge in creative innovation and emerging design trends
- Degree/certification: bachelors
- Leadership Principles: customer obsession and deliver results
- Performance indicators: not specifically. Portfolio has web or digital KPIs would be preferred. More digital focused. Any video content is impressive.
