This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology while working with one of the most customerobsessed companies in the world.Responsibilities: Design endtoend telehealth experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and scalable across multiple platforms and devices Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and highfidelity prototypes for innovative healthcare solutions Collaborate with product, engineering, and medical teams to define feature requirements based on patient needs, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and optimize the telehealth experience Present design solutions to stakeholders, including executive leadership and medical professionals Contribute to design system development and maintain consistent user experience across all touchpoints Lead design thinking workshops and foster innovation in healthcare UXUIBasic Qualifications: 7 years of experience in UXUI design, with demonstrable experience in healthcare or medical technology Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent professional experience Strong portfolio showcasing complex digital healthcare solutions and usercentered design work Expertise in modern design tools Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing Experience working in agile environments with rapid iteration cycles Excellent communication and storytelling skills, ability to advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical constraints Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex initiatives Understanding of and ability to design within Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAGPreferred Qualifications: Experience designing for telehealth or medical applications Knowledge of healthcare workflows and medical terminology Proficiency in rapid prototyping tools and basic frontend development HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience with design systems and component libraries Track record of launching successful healthcare products Understanding of healthcare privacy requirements HIPAA This is an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare delivery while working with cuttingedge technology at Amazon scale.
