Job Description:

  • Product Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth
  • They will oversee all retail execution, planning, and reporting for the channel, aligning to the yearly sales goals. 
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Review and audit creative assets (display, email) to ensure heroes and discounts match promotional calendar and strategy
  • Work with supply team to ensure accurate inventory allocation
  • Work with Forecasting Lead on quarterly guidance cycles, validating baselines and promotional lifts from historical sales actuals and trends to own the forecast
  • Work with Website Manager on new product launches and enhancing onsite experience
  • Oversee creation and strategy of discount codes
  • Build out and optimize use of Shopify tools
  • Attend weekly promotional syncs and align with stakeholders on channel parity for promotional strategies and initiatives
  • Oversee the setup and launch of all promotional activity for US, CA, and UK
  • Maintain international pricing parity
Qualifications:
  • Education: bachelors degree in PM or related field.
  • Years of experience: 2-4 minimum years of product management and online sales/retail ecommerce experience.
  • Shopify experience is required.
  • MS office, Google Suite experience is required.
  • SQL or data analysis skills are nice to have.
  • Cross functional and stakeholder collaboration
  • Work independently and attention to detail.

Must Haves:
  • Shopify  experience is required.
  • Years of experience: 2-4 minimum years of product management and online sales/retail ecommerce experience.
