Position:Software Dev Engineer II 
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Seattle WA Onsite 

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Development Engineer II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a technical documentation site. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to integrate AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies to enhance user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain a scalable technical documentation site using Harmony.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.

  • Implement and integrate AI/LLM features to improve the documentation experience.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of professional software development experience.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.

  • Proficient in version control systems such as Git.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of AI/LLM technologies and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

  • Experience with Generative AI technologies.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Experience with API development and integration.
