Job Description

Job Title- Support Specialist I
Location- San Francisco, CA  94105
Duration- 2 months, Onsite
  • The Support Specialist will review support requests from podcast publishers and address their questions within the stipulated SLA. Specifically, the support specialist will
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the existing CX team to address publisher-related concerns
  • Manage communication with the publisher
  • Assist the CX team with manual tasks related to new customer onboarding
  • Work with the finance team to address payment-related concerns
  • Route questions to the appropriate groups within the client
  • Ensure the appropriate decision is reached on each request
  • Be able to work cross-functionally to communicate problems, solutions, and implementation plans
Job Qualifications
  • 03 years’ experience in customer service
  • Podcasting knowledge is helpful, but not a must
  • Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus, but not a must
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of work on a daily basis
  • Diligent work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong personal/integrity
  • Self starter and ability to work independently
