Job Description

Position Title: Scaled Partner Manager/Strategic Partner Manager III
Location: Remote, preferred locations SF and NYC
Duration: 5 Months 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Scaled Partner Manager to join our Global Scaled Partnerships team. This role focuses on empowering and supporting creators by providing the tools, content, and guidance they need to thrive. You will be instrumental in managing scaled partner experiences, driving community engagement, and shaping creator success strategies through a blend of operations, communications, and event hosting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage creator and partner relationships through scaled communication channels.

  • Establish a regular cadence of outreach and engagement to support partners in audience growth and content strategy.

  • Host virtual events, webinars, and training sessions to deliver product knowledge and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain content and resources tailored to creator verticals and growth stages.

  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable program improvements.

  • Maintain detailed records of partner portfolios to support strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Policy, Product, Marketing, and Operations to advocate for partner needs.

  • Act as the internal voice of the creator community by collecting and synthesizing product feedback.

  • Stay up to date with platform changes and trends, adapting strategy and communication as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in community management, partnerships, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to manage relationships at scale and influence internal/external stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge of creator ecosystems and social media tools (e.g., Reels, Stories, Filters, Live).

  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.

  • Skilled at hosting virtual or live events and public speaking engagements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, and evolving environment.

  • BA/BS degree.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Commerce or Retail industries.

  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle.

  • Background working with early-stage products or startups.

  • Familiarity with creator monetization tools and online community growth strategies.
