Position Overview:-
The client's Brand Social Media team leads strategy and execution across organic channels, delivering social-first, creator-led content that builds community and drives brand awareness.
We’re seeking a Brand Social Media Content Producer to fuel our client's always-on storytelling. This role is critical to managing content engine, researching and developing new ideas and formats that keep our client's programming consistent, engaging, and culturally relevant.
The ideal candidate can move quickly with trends and best practices, knowing what works on today’s platforms and how to make social relevant for a brand. They can align creative concepts with business goals and are equally comfortable generating original ideas or partnering with experts to elevate existing narratives into standout social content.

Responsibilities:-

Lead Social Storytelling:
  • Research and source content ideas that highlight our client’s audience interests and drive engagement with our communities.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to support content development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content strategies to business goals and priorities.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and content pipeline to maintain consistent publishing and build programming into the future.
Create Platform-Native Content:
  • Produce platform-specific, social-first content (short-form video, static, carousels, etc.) across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Manage content pre-production and production workflows.
  • Support community engagement tactics across platforms.
  • Write concise, compelling copy tailored to platform tone, audience, and behaviors.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Social Videographer and creative partners to translate concepts into polished content.
Track Trends & Innovate Formats:
  • Serve as primary subject matter expert on emerging trends and best practices in social media, including but not limited to, impactful algorithm changes, new platforms, and the impact of LLMs on social media strategy.
  • Monitor cultural and platform trends to identify opportunities for client to participate in ways that are relevant and meaningful.
  • Recommend and test trend-driven formats, hooks, and content approaches backed by insights.
Collaborate Across Teams:
  • Produce content aligned to cross-functional campaigns, strategies, and goals.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals to ensure content meets client brand standards and requirements.
Measure and Iterate:
  • Work with the Brand Social Intelligence Manager to analyze content and channel performance.
  • Apply data-driven insights to refine content development and community engagement.
  • Monitor platform updates and audience behaviors to continually strengthen publishing impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years creating branded social content at an agency or in-house environment for a B2B company; some experience with B2C is a plus.
  • Portfolio with platform-differentiated social work (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X), including strong copy and short-form video examples.
  • Excellent written and editorial skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Proven experience with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Measure Studio, Tubular, etc.).
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and scaling processes while maintaining quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with basic principles of SEO and content optimization. Understanding of how AI is impacting traditional approaches to SEO and content performance is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
