Job Title: Enablement Program Manager - Hotels
Location: Fully Remote (PST hours)
Duration: 6 months’ Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F
 
About the Role:
  • We're looking for an experienced Enablement Program Manager to support the Hotels on client team.
  • This is an assignment position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building learning experiences that drive results, and can jump in to make an immediate impact.
  • You'll work closely with our Senior Enablement Program Manager to develop and deliver training programs, optimize our learning tech stack, and support our go-to-market teams as they scale hotel partnerships globally.
What You'll Do:
  • Design and build training programs using instructional design best practices that help our Market Managers and Account Executives succeed.
  • Design and deliver role-based training programs, including mock calls, certifications, and playbooks.
  • Manage and optimize our learning management system, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and engaging.
  • Troubleshoot issues across our enablement tech stack and find creative solutions to keep things running smoothly.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective learning experiences.
  • Use data from tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Highspot to identify gaps and improve program effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, L&D, or instructional design.
  • Hands-on LMS administration experience (we want someone who can build courses, manage user access, and optimize the platform).
  • Experience in creating and delivering sales enablement content including: strong narrative, sales pitches, talking points, objection handling and standardized playbooks preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong instructional design skills with a portfolio that shows you can create effective, engaging content.
  • Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with typical tech company tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, Airtable.
  • Experience supporting GTM teams—sales, account management, or partnerships.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset—when you spot a problem, you come with ideas to fix it.
Nice to Have:
  • Background at a SaaS company, especially in L&D or Enablement roles.
  • Experience with Highspot, Gong, or similar enablement platforms.
  • Familiarity with hospitality, travel, or marketplace business models.
  • Comfort moving fast and adapting to changing priorities.
