Job Description:
Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams. Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders. Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out.
Additional Details:
This individual will be the overall change lead for the Global Point of Sale (GPOS) program, which will be replacing both the hardware (tablets) and software of all POS systems across all brands. The individual must have prior experience leading a large, enterprise-level change initiative, be either trained in PROSCI or have at least 6 years as a change mgmt practioner. This individual should be skilled in conducting impact assessments, working cross functionally, highly experienced in stakeholder management. Ideally, I would also appreciate someone who has prior retail experience.
