Job Title: AWM - Operations – PWM Products and Pricing Team – Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Salt Lake City, UT, 84101


Summary:
  • Our team is seeking a professional who is looking to collaborate with other partners in the firm to ensure the accuracy and integrity of product and pricing data in the Private Wealth Management systems and provide subject matter expertise on product offerings.
  • Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world.
  • In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation.
  • For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow.
Scope:
  • The Products & Pricing team works closely with Private Wealth Management Business, Compliance, Technology, and other Operations teams globally to maintain firm-wide relationships and safeguard the integrity of product data in PWM systems.
  • The role also covers creating and maintaining product classifications, setting up tracking benchmarks for investment strategies, and monitoring pricing and valuation flows within PWM systems. 
Job Duties:
  • Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of product data in the PWM systems.
  • Apply your quantitative skills as you conduct root cause analysis and resolution for product and pricing exceptions.
  • Showcase your client service skills as you partner with PWM Business to ensure client's reporting and fiduciary responsibilities needs are being met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Liaise with PWM Compliance, Technology, and other Operation teams to ensure accurate product and pricing data are reported on the PWM Desktop, and monthly client brokerage statements.
  • Leverage your risk-management skills to successfully adhere to current controls while identifying areas where additional controls could be put in place.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.
  • MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) proficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as a self-starter, as appropriate.
  • Strong control focus and attention to detail.
Must Haves:
  • Previous Operations experience.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
