Our Client Communications team is seeking a professional looking to collaborate with global partners to help support workflows and mitigate risks associated with sending discretionary and regulatory documentation to our clients while providing the best possible experience.
OUR IMPACT
Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched, or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that make business flow.
The Client Communications team is a global team that has an integral role in designing the delivery of strategic solutions that improve client experience. The team partners with PWM Management and other stakeholders regularly to develop new solutions to digitize and enhance the PWM internal and external client platform. Additionally, the team is responsible for coordination, oversight, and delivery of PWM client communications through infrastructure the team helps design. The team also partners with other teams in Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to ensure accurate and timely delivery of communications that comply with industry and government rules and regulations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilitie
- Partner with PWM Sales teams to provide digital signing capabilities for high-net-worth clients
- Work cooperatively and professionally to provide excellent service to our clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure the accurate distribution of sensitive materials electronically
- Monitor your workflow for potential risk and escalate issues appropriately
- Maintain an awareness of and act in accordance with team goals and Firm policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work proactively with all levels including Sales and Clients
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and as a self-starter, as appropriate
- Strong control focus and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn complex concepts and communicate them clearly and concisely
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree preferred, but not required
