Position Title: Business Analyst – Content Management Consolidation
Duration: 12 Months with possibility to extend
Location: Remote
Number of Openings: 2

- Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Heads-down analysis of data from business units
- Requirement gathering, documenting workflows and processes
- Independent work on meetings with users; team should not need to sit on calls
- Support content management system consolidation and migration
- Must-Have Requirements:
- Mesh well with his teams current culture
Experience with OnBase (Hyland) content management application - Experience configuring/administrating the application
- Experience on large-scale consolidation/migration projects (up to 600M documents, hundreds of doc types)
- Comfortable in highly regulated environments (banking preferred; insurance acceptable)
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Mesh well with his teams current culture
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience across multiple project types and industries
- Lead experience or supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Banking and financial services domain experience
- Certifications in applications (OnBase/Hyland, DocuSign, COFAX, OpenText)
- Work Samples / Certifications / Assessments Required:
- Certifications in OnBase/Hyland highly recommended (nice-to-have, not mandatory)
- Candidate Selling Points:
- Opportunity to work on large-scale migration and consolidation projects
- High degree of independence in role
- Exposure to complex content management systems and regulated environments
- Target Backgrounds:
- Companies they’ve successfully hired from: No specific restrictions; avoid relying solely on large managed service providers without vetting
- Companies or Backgrounds to Avoid: None strictly; careful vetting recommended for HCL, TCS, etc., to ensure proper skill fit
