Location: Manati, PR.
Pay Rate: $20.98 / Hourly
Shifts: 12 hour shift (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for Parenteral Manufacturing equipments.
• Supports the Parenteral Technicians in performing problem-solving and troubleshooting on the Parenteral Manufacturing equipments.
• Performs Equipment Conditioned Based Monitoring, Monitors critical process parameters and utilizes predictive technologies to proactively take the necessary action to prevent process deviation and/or product losses. Interacts with computer controlled equipment and processes.
• Follows the job plans, document and complete corrective, preventive, predictive documentation legible, error free and on time following good documentation practices through the computerized system (MAXIMO). and revises and improves predictive and preventive job plans for the Parenteral Manufacturing equipments based on observations experience and technical data.
• Assures Parenteral Manufacturing equipments spare parts inventory.6.Attends to all mandatory training meetings for cGMP’s, EHS and Company Policies.
• Participates, and assists in resolution of quality investigations Reconcile data and prepare computerized documents to provide support to quality investigations or similar documents as required.
• Assists in “on the job training” for new employees.
• Maintains housekeeping within controls and aseptic environments, according to procedures.
• Handles Hazardous and Non hazardous waste according to EHS procedures.
• Participates in special projects and during audits and regulatory inspections as required.
• Participates and assists in Parenteral Operations FMEAs, Root Cause Analysis, validation and qualification activities.
• Assists maintenance activities in other areas within operations as required.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in mechanical, instrumentation, electronics or technical degree in Refrigeration, Electricity, Industrial Mechanic.
