Responsibilities:
- Daily support to manufacturing activities to meet established goals and KPI metrics. (Weight:30%)
- Accountable for the equipment maintenance, setups & troubleshoot.
- Accountable to update and maintain manufacturing process to current practices and accountable for continuous improvement projects and financial analysis. (Weight:25%)
- Responsible of equipment and process qualifications and approval.
- Support or lead product introduction activities from planning to implementation phase.
- Responsible to provide necessary information to maintain appropriate spare parts inventory. (Weight:15%)
- Reviews and monitors results of non-conforming product to identify causes, implements controls to eliminate causes, and assesses the success of the controls. (Weight:10%)
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and all applicable regulatory agency requirements.(Weight:10%)
- Other duties as assigned. (Weight:5%)
Requirements:
- BA in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience with Change Management, Execution of EQPs, Redaction of Quality Protocols and Investigations, Familiarity with manufacturing environments and Knowledge of problem-solving tools.
- Candidate must have availability to work at 2nd shift.
