Conduct time and motion studies across manufacturing processes to establish standard times and identify inefficiencies.
Collect and analyze production and workflow data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Quality, and Engineering, to implement efficiency initiatives.
Document findings, prepare reports, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma) to enhance overall plant performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; recent graduates are preferred.
Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
Interest in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.
