Location: San Juan, PR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information to customers. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with various computer systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate and timely information using available resources and databases.
  • Follow detailed instructions and standard procedures.
  • Use multiple systems and platforms (e.g., Windows, DOS, Mainframe) effectively.
  • Maintain high-quality voice communication and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Organize and manage calls with speed and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and tact in customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and procedures.
  • Experience working with complex computer applications and resource materials.

Additional Information:

  • Previous experience may be preferred but is not required.
  • Skills-based hiring enabled.
