Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information to customers. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with various computer systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide accurate and timely information using available resources and databases.
- Follow detailed instructions and standard procedures.
- Use multiple systems and platforms (e.g., Windows, DOS, Mainframe) effectively.
- Maintain high-quality voice communication and a customer-focused attitude.
- Organize and manage calls with speed and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and tact in customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems and procedures.
- Experience working with complex computer applications and resource materials.
