Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Grayslake, IL 60030
Work Arrangement: 100% On-site
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (25 hours/week; additional hours may be available based on interest and availability)
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will support the ACPRU (Advanced Clinical Pharmacology Research Unit) by assisting in clinical trial subject recruitment through the Call Resource Management System. This role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient communication and a positive experience for study volunteers. Responsibilities include managing inbound calls, assisting with volunteer check-in procedures, and greeting participants upon arrival. The role is essential to the success of clinical trial operations and must adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines.\

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls related to clinical trial recruitment and scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current study participants.
- Assist with study volunteer check-in activities.
- Greet and direct participants arriving at the site.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing the volunteer database and recruitment process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous call center experience.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes or research environments.
