Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote role with option to going onsite
Duration: 3 years
Exact Schedule - M-F 8am-5pm
Top 3 Must Have Skill Set:
- Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, and EHS management systems
- Skilled in process improvement, performance tracking, and change management
- Experience in EHS program management and data-driven project leadership
- The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Project Manager will support world-class EHS performance across assigned regions by integrating project management expertise with data analytics and communication strategies.
- This hybrid role is vital to the success of EHS programs related to compliance, safety culture, ergonomics, sustainability, and operational excellence.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and organizational skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Smartsheet is essential. The candidate will collaborate with regional offices, Global EHS, Facilities, and Occupational Health partners to drive continuous improvement and support data-informed decision-making.
- Project Management of EHS and Operational Programs
- Data Analysis and Dashboard Reporting (Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet)
- Communication and Marketing of EHS Initiatives
- EHS Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
- Process Mapping, Improvement, and Change Management
- Office and Fleet Safety Programs
- Ergonomics, Injury Prevention, and Incident Management
- Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship
- Lead EHS project management activities including planning, timeline development, resource coordination, and execution tracking.
- Analyze EHS data and trends to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and tools to visualize performance metrics using Tableau, Excel, and Smartsheet.
- Communicate project updates, risk mitigation strategies, and performance insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support implementation of safety culture initiatives and sustainability programs.
- Coordinate incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops and apply lean methodologies to optimize EHS workflows.
- Doctorate degree or
- Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
- No mention of tools like Tableau, Excel (beyond basic usage), or Smartsheet.
- Resume emphasizes field inspections, PPE enforcement, or site compliance audits with no mention of strategic initiatives, performance metrics, or stakeholder communication.
- 2 rounds of interviews. -
