Job Title : Project Coordinator III
Location: New York City, NY 10010

The Role:
This is a hands?on role where you will operate humanoid robots in R&D environments and, as the technology scales, in customer homes. You’ll follow structured procedures to collect high?quality data, help annotate and support robot sessions, monitor performance, report bugs, and maintain safety and quality data collection. Your work feeds directly into training AI models and impacts how robots behave in real world scenarios.

Responsibilities:
- Operate humanoid robots following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Use a Virtual Reality headset while performing designated movements and actions.
- Support active robot sessions: creating environments, feasibility testing, interact with the robot to ensure smooth operation.
- Annotate collected episodes with metadata
- Monitor robot performance; report bugs with logs, timestamps, video/screenshot, and task context
- Provide feedback on the performance of the equipment
- Communicate and interface with researchers and leadership
- Adhere to all safety guidelines in lab
- Maintain clean, clear records of completed workflows and robot/system behaviors

Job requirements:
- Comfortable working on feet and in VR environments for extended periods of time
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, crouch, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
- Technical experience sufficient to troubleshoot issues and submit clear, detailed tickets to support teams
- Able to lift up to 10 lbs and wear various types of equipment weighing up to 30 lbs
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation, body coordination, and kinesthetic awareness
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely and communicate clearly

Primary Objectives
• Provide members with a personalized creative experience
• Work intimately with members and coordinate the entire lifecycle of their projects
• Provide stellar customer satisfaction at all times
• Partnering with Publishing teams to ensure that members enrolled in the proper service package
• Working internally with other departments to ensure that a quality product is delivered in a timely manner
• Using a wide variety of software systems to navigate customer accounts and proactively monitoring accounts to anticipate problems before they occur
• Meeting all performance and quality metrics
• Initiating process improvement projects within the department and driving them through to completion

1. Basic Qualifications
• Associate’s Degree
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Experience working with high-volume processes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as required

2. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
