Client is seeking a Brand Operations Manager for the global Company Marketing team. The Brand Ops function is responsible for creating and maintaining world-class, cohesive brand experiences across portfolio. This involves equipping teams with brand guidelines and toolkits, training internal teams and agencies, implementing governance practices, and identifying new solutions to strengthen and protect brands.
The ideal candidate has significant experience in brand operations, brand governance, or brand management, with the ability to guide teams, operationalize strategies, and ensure consistent brand execution. Success in this role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities

Guide stakeholders and cross-functional teams on brand systems and strategies, ensuring effective understanding and action.

Oversee rollout and implementation of brand systems to drive awareness and understanding.

Execute brand governance and enablement initiatives independently.

Develop and maintain relationships with key Marketing partners (Brand Strategy, Design, Creative).

Steward brand-building programs for internal teams and agency partners.

Use data and analysis to enhance brand strategy implementation and design systems.
Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of experience in brand operations and/or brand management.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects autonomously.

Experience adapting to changing priorities and deadlines, with strong time management skills.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to improve governance and enablement systems.

Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
