Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager
Location: Remote, (On-site in NYC preferred)
Duration: 10 months Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F, EST hours

Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F, EST hours
Summary:
- On-site in NYC preferred, open to seeing candidates from other Geos as well.
- Onboarding new locations to Client (creating bulk upload sheets, work orders in salesforce.
- Working with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful activation.
- Submitting catalog/menu build tickets).
- Supporting team on inbounds related to menu and catalog and submitting relevant tickets to resolve.
- Supporting team on monthly and quarterly accounting reports for self-delivery merchants.
- Managing all jira/ticket management - catalog, integrations, analytics, data eng, etc.
- Weekly reporting emails and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Running test orders and troubleshooting technical issues
- Handling backend invoicing issues and troubleshooting merchant pain points.
- Experience managing multiple outstanding issues/tickets at a time.
