Job Overview
Client is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to support the organization. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, marketing, and business strategy, helping leaders understand customer behavior and make data-driven decisions. As a BIE, you will work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to analyze large-scale customer data, evaluate program and marketing performance, and deliver insights that directly influence business strategy and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance of program features and marketing initiatives (customer response, usage, conversion, and retention)
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate statistical experiments
- Design, build, and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting on program health
- Handle ad-hoc data requests from business leaders and perform deep-dive analyses
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Apply data mining, segmentation, and modeling techniques to understand customer behavior
- Partner with stakeholders in strategic and tactical planning discussions
- Present insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working with large, complex datasets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business questions into data analysis
- Advanced SQL expertise
- Experience or background in statistics, programming, and/or marketing
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with both technical teams and business leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAS
- Graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
