Description:

• Develops detailed functional specifications including data and function models, process flow diagrams and report and screen layouts
• Documents algorithms, identifies logical system architecture, specifies system interfaces, documents operational requirements, develops test plans
• Oversees acceptance testing, develops user guides, provides user training, and supports the user in development of work processes
• Works under the direction of a team leader or project manager
• Ability to research and resolve problems associated with system transactions or processing
• Ability to provide day-to-day operations support.
• Have knowledge of and ability to perform multiple aspects of the operations process.
