Anticipated shift to work is night, but should be open to the other shifts for availability: 
Night: 10:45 PM – 6:55 AM (Sunday to Friday) 
Evening: 2:45 PM – 10:55 PM (Monday to Friday) 
Day: 6:45 AM – 2:55 PM (Monday to Friday) 
 
Job Summary: 

• Must ensure compliance with quality rules by following GMP regulations, corporate policies and compliance standards during operations. 

• Ensures quality compliance by implementing and maintaining GMP regulations and Corporate policies and conformance standards throughout the operations where applicable. 

• In accordance with established policies, directives, procedures, manufacturing and packaging sheets and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, health, safety and environmental prevention measures and the Montreal site's business procedures/processes, the main tasks of the warehouse operator are: Receive, prepare and supply raw materials, components, bulk and finished products as well as ensure their distribution. 

• The warehouse operator's tasks include all cleaning, receiving, sampling, component, bulk and raw material handling, and distribution tasks. 

 
Major Responsibilities: 

• The following tasks are performed in accordance with established policies, directives, procedures, manufacturing and packaging sheets and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, health, safety and environmental protection measures and business procedures/processes at the Montreal site. 

Level 1 (The Level 1 operator will be called upon to perform a grouping of tasks among the following tasks) 

1. Driving Trolleys (Walkie, Gerber, Counterbalanced, Dock Stocker) 

1. Pallet Reversal 

1. Pallet washing 

1. Care and maintenance of work equipment and tools 

1. Unpacking and cleaning of equipment 

1. Handling of goods 

1. Material labeling 

1. Material Packing & Pallet Packing 

1. Verification and identification of equipment 

1. Physical inventory count 

1. Delivery of goods (pallet movement) 

1. Truck loading and unloading. 

1. Truck Checking and Inspection 

1. Movement of waste and recycling

Diploma/Experience Required: 

• High school diploma or equivalency 

• Successful completion of theoretical and practical forklift operator training 

• Valid Class 5 driver's license 

• Knowledge of GMP (an asset) 

• 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related field (an asset) 

• Mechanical skills and computer skills 

• Bilingual - English and French
