Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst 
Location: Mineral Wells, TX 76067
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)


Overview: The Accounts Payable  analyst will be responsible for managing vendor communications regarding shipments, payments, and discrepancies. This role involves monitoring the AP inbox, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial documentation within the ERP system.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with vendors regarding shipments, payments, and discrepancies
• Monitor AP inbox and collect vendor invoices received via email and mail
• Review and validate invoices against Purchase Orders and receiving documentation
• Code and process invoices to the appropriate GL accounts, departments, and projects
• Create and post vouchers within the ERP system
• Research invoice discrepancies and coordinate resolution with purchasing, receiving, and internal stakeholders
• Generate vendor payments including ACH, wire transfers, and check payments

Required Qualifications:

•  2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• A bachelor's degree in business or related technical area, or an associate's degree with two years related experience
• Manufacturing or industry experience preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts payable or related financial roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices
• Excellent communication skills for vendor interactions
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial documentation
