Position Title: Project Manager
Location: Mettawa, IL 60045 - Hybrid Required - 3 days onsite / 2 Remote
Duration: 12+ Months

Position Summary:
The role is primarily focused on formulary and access tracking within our organisation’s portfolio.
 
Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several non-IT business applications and disciplines. Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle. Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success. Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines. Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion. Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users.

Roles and Responsibilities: Access and Formulary tracking
Note: The actions below are intended to cover Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid AND Client’s  portfolio and competitors

• Utilize MMIT to proactively identify access changes
• Partner with FRMs, Sales Force, Account Executives, and Regional Payer Strategy leads on identifying and collecting information on real time access changes and insights
• Partner with Pan IMM Brand Team, Patient Services, MAI, and Finance to report internal access changes (e.g. wins and losses), erosion curve actuals, and align on external notification (e.g. patient letters)
• Update internal communications, including executive dashboards, Brand Sales force, and Patient Services
• Ensure timely and accurate updates to MAT and iCAT tracker
• Track and review policies from policy reporter to identify potential disadvantaging or access not aligned with label for current and future launches
• Support tracking and updated documentation for Fast Start, MOUS, promotional materials
• Partner with patient services on defining KPIs and identifying trends with bridge, denials, etc
• Supporting Account Executives with information requests on Account trends
• Lead on transition from manual MAT tracking to automated MMIT process, including quality review of data, alignment of information across tools (e.g. ISA, P360, etc)
