Title: Program Manager II
Location: Remote, PST
Duration: 3 Months
Key Responsibilities
Own the End-to-End Metrics Review Process

Manage intake, triage, prioritization, and tracking of all Monetization-related metrics review requests.

Ensure alignment with metrics standards and adherence to review SLAs.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead office hours, ad-hoc discussions, and engagements with product, engineering, data science, and analytics teams.

Drive progress on reviews and resolve blockers swiftly.
Ensure Compliance & Close the Loop
-
Verify quality of evidence submitted by teams and follow up with approvers.

Ensure all required standards and catalog requirements are met.
Drive Program Awareness & Accountability

Manage internal communications, awareness campaigns, scorecards, and compliance tracking.

Promote metric quality and maturity across product groups.
Lead Governance & Reporting

Maintain weekly status updates, dashboards, and review tracking mechanisms.

Monitor program health and identify areas for improvement.
Continuously Improve Efficiency

Identify gaps and optimize processes to scale with growing demand—without compromising quality.
Strong Communicator

Ability to distill complex processes and technical details into clear, actionable guidance.

Experience running governance or compliance programs with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in metrics, data quality, compliance, or governance.

Experience managing cross-functional programs with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong operational, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Proficiency with dashboard tools, data analysis, and deriving insights from metrics.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience with governance or program management tools at scale is a plus.
