Job Description The Global Business Marketing team is seeking a Project Manager to join our Developer Marketing team. This role sits at the center of product launches and on-going GTM execution — coordinating closely with agency vendors and internal teams, keeping deliverables on track, and ensuring every project moves smoothly from kickoff to completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on keeping many moving pieces aligned in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

They will be the connective tissue between our team and our partners — anticipating needs, flagging risks early, and making sure work lands on time and to a high standard. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of coordination with external agency vendors and internal teams, ensuring deliverables land on time and to spec
Build and maintain workback schedules, project timelines, and trackers across multiple concurrent workstreams
Document feedback across review rounds, route it to the right partners, and drive follow-through to resolution
Manage day-to-day project logistics, keeping projects moving through each stage of review and approval
Monitor project status, proactively surface risks and blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned on deadlines and dependencies
Maintain organized documentation and clear single sources of truth for all active projects
Facilitate clear, timely communication between internal teams and agency partners
Minimum Qualifications
5–8 years of project or program management experience
Experience coordinating with and managing external agency vendors
Experience managing multiple concurrent launches with competing deadlines and reprioritizing in real time
Strong track record building workback schedules, trackers, and managing timelines
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Tasks, case systems, or Google Workspace)
Strong meeting facilitation and written status-reporting skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across concurrent projects
Clear, proactive communicator who drives follow-through and accountability
Experience working in a cross-functional environment with creative, marketing and developer teams
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with developer or technical marketing content and the review nuances it requires
Experience with budget tracking, SOWs, and vendor/PO management
Experience partnering with localization/international teams on multi-market launches
Comfort using AI tools to streamline PM workflows and reporting
