Job Title: Project Manager III
Location: Onsite – Menlo Park, CA (Tues, Wed, Thurs required onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Summary of Role:
This role supports project management and process coordination for long-term planning and budgeting. The team is responsible for building and maintaining advanced financial models aligned with the product roadmap. The role also involves translating complex business drivers into strategic insights, crafting impactful memos and presentations for finance leadership, and enabling cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain planning and budgeting processes.

Help develop financial models that forecast infrastructure needs.

Translate business drivers into actionable insights.

Write clear and concise documents and memos for leadership.

Support strategic communication and process execution.

Provide cross-functional project support to allow team members to focus on core deliverables.
Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

5+ years of professional experience in project and process management roles.

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office tools.

Proactive and analytical mindset; strong communication and documentation skills.

Familiarity or exposure to working with finance teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience in a large tech or enterprise environment.

Ability to run and maintain structured processes.

Strong document writing skills — someone who can create high-quality drafts for team leads to edit.
