Job Description

Job Title - Recruiting Coordinator IV
Duration - 6 Months
Location - Menlo Park Or Seattle



Client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Recruiting Coordinator. The role will support the Client Recruiting team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating onsite and video conference interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
  • Coordinate candidate logistics & the candidate expenses process.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates, recruiters and interviewers.
  • Meeting and greeting candidates who are interviewing at client
  • Understand candidate needs and deliver a smooth recruiting experience for all candidates.
  • Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with recruiting leaders and recruiters to provide insight and feedback on interview scheduling.
  • Partner with Assessment Operations team members to support interviewer training initiatives.
  • Work with outsourcing partners to ensure scheduling processes are implemented and SOPs are followed properly

Requirements
  • Experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity across remote offices.
  • Experience in prioritizing different functions and tasks while managing their work time.
  • Experience with ATS and tool change management
  • Project management experience.

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience influencing others across multiple teams within the organization and cross functionally
  • Experience leading multiple strategic projects/initiatives with limited oversight
  • Experience presenting organizational and process flow content to audiences
  • Experience managing a portfolio of projects & programs with global impact
  • Knowledge of advanced project planning methodologies
  • Change management experience
  • 4+ years of scheduling experience
